The app
Kiikari is distributed through the Mac App Store, and the optional Kiikari Pro unlock is bought through it as a one-time in-app purchase. Your use of it is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to all apps bought from the App Store unless a custom licence is provided. We do not provide a custom licence; the standard Apple EULA applies.
Kiikari reads your own App Store Connect data using a key you provide. You are responsible for keeping that key secure and for your use of Apple's services under Apple's own terms. Kiikari is a tool for viewing and replying to your data; the data and your App Store account remain yours and Apple's.
No warranty beyond the law
Kiikari is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your statutory consumer rights, it comes without warranties of any kind. Refunds for the Kiikari Pro purchase are handled by Apple through the Mac App Store.
