Key stays in the Keychain
Your App Store Connect key lives in your Mac's Keychain and is used only to sign requests to Apple. It never leaves the machine.
No backend
There is no Kiikari backend. The app talks to Apple directly. Our one host, packs.kiikari.app, only serves the language packs you choose to download and receives nothing about you or your apps.
No telemetry
No analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no phone-home. We do not know you opened the app. That is on purpose.

1Create an API key
In App Store Connect, make an API key: fully read-only, or with review replies enabled. Our step-by-step guide walks you through both.
2Paste it into Kiikari
Drop in the key file and its two IDs, then your vendor number. Kiikari checks them live and tells you exactly what each one unlocks.
3Watch your apps appear
Your whole portfolio populates with names, icons and numbers. That is the whole setup. Or explore demo mode first: every screen filled with sample data, no key needed.

What is free, and what needs Pro?
Free is the daily glance, uncapped: the popover dashboard with every range, per-app detail with country breakdowns, and a read-only reviews inbox, for as many apps as you ship. Kiikari Pro, a one-time unlock at $19.99 in the US, local price in your store, adds the Insights window, review replies with templates and translation, per in-app purchase breakdowns and the funnel, notifications with the daily digest, and customization like the menu bar metric.
Which App Store Connect key do I need?
Your choice of two. A Sales and Reports key is fully read-only and unlocks every number plus a read-only reviews inbox. An App Manager key with Sales access also enables review replies. Kiikari never changes your apps, pricing, metadata or availability. It only asks Apple for two things: to post the review replies you write, and to turn on Apple's analytics reports for your apps. It never needs an Admin key.
Is there a refund if it is not for me?
The download is free, so you can live with the real app before paying anything. If you buy Kiikari Pro and change your mind, the purchase goes through the Mac App Store and refunds follow Apple's standard process at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What is demo mode?
A built-in sample dataset that fills every surface with realistic numbers, no key required. Demo mode shows the full product, Pro surfaces included, so you can walk through the Insights window and see exactly what the unlock buys before paying anything.
Why does today show yesterday's numbers?
Because Apple's sales reports are daily and land a day behind. Kiikari never invents a "today" from yesterday's report. It labels exactly which report you are looking at, so the number you see is a number you can trust.
What can Kiikari not see?
Anything personal. Apple's reports contain aggregate counts, not people. There are no names, no emails, no device identifiers, because Apple does not put them in the data, and Kiikari has no other source.
Can I use more than one App Store Connect team?
Version 1 handles a single team. Multiple teams are planned for a later update. If you ship under one team, you are fully covered today.
