For App Store developers

Your App Store, in focus.

Sales, reviews and deep analytics for every app you ship. One click from your Mac's menu bar.

The glance you open a dozen times a day.

Downloads, proceeds and refunds for the range you care about. Your whole portfolio, sorted the way you think.

  • Ranges that match how you check: latest report, 7, 30, 90, 365 days, or a custom span.
  • A sortable portfolio: rank apps by units or proceeds, pin the ones you watch, exclude the ones you don't.
  • Sparklines everywhere: the trend for every app without opening anything.

Drill into a single app.

Push into any app for the full picture: where the money comes from and which product earns it.

  • Per country: units and proceeds by territory, shown exactly as Apple reports them.
  • Per in-app purchase: which product earns, line by line, not just a total.
  • An honest funnel: impressions to page views to downloads, labeled with Apple's real limits.
Kiikari app detail: hero metrics, products and in-app purchase line items, and a country breakdown. Kiikari app detail in light mode with IAP line items and country breakdown.

Reply to reviews without opening a browser.

Every rating and review across your apps, in one inbox. Answer from the popover.

  • Reply in place: write and send a developer response without opening App Store Connect.
  • On-device translation: read reviews in any language, translated on your Mac, on macOS 15 and later.
  • Reply templates and alerts for the ratings you care about, off by default until you choose them.

The Insights window · Kiikari Pro

The popover is the glance. Insights is the study.

Acquisition sources, paying users, sessions, deletions, crashes, and your app's real device vitals: launch time, hang rate, memory, disk writes.

Overview

Built on Apple's full analytics catalog: over 140 report types, all in Kiikari Pro.

Make it yours.

Kiikari bends to how you work.

  • Exclusions and order: hide the test apps, pin the ones that pay the bills.
  • The menu bar metric is your choice, and so is the display currency.
  • Milestones and a daily digest, with quiet hours. One calm summary instead of a stream of pings.

An analytics app should be invisible in Activity Monitor.

So we publish our numbers. Measured on a release build, with everything turned on.

Disk writes per dayunder 20 MB everything on
Idle CPU0.0%
Memoryabout 60 MB
Networka few MB per day

How we measure: read the method. Or check it live on your own Mac: Settings, Advanced, Performance shows the app's real footprint.

Private by architecture.

Not a privacy policy you have to trust. A design you can verify.

Key stays in the Keychain

Your App Store Connect key lives in your Mac's Keychain and is used only to sign requests to Apple. It never leaves the machine.

No backend

There is no Kiikari server. The app talks to Apple directly. Nothing about your apps passes through us, because there is no us in the middle.

No telemetry

No analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no phone-home. We do not know you opened the app. That is on purpose.

The complete list of hosts Kiikari ever contacts:

Verify it yourself: Settings, Advanced, Performance shows every request Kiikari makes.

Set up in minutes.

One key, pasted once. No account to create, nothing to configure on a server.

1

Create a Sales key

In App Store Connect, make a read-only Sales and Reports API key. Our step-by-step guide walks you through it.

2

Paste it into Kiikari

Drop in the key file and its two IDs. Kiikari checks them live and tells you exactly what each one unlocks.

3

Watch your apps appear

Your whole portfolio populates with names, icons and numbers. That is the whole setup. Or explore demo mode first: every screen filled with sample data, no key needed.

Free to download. Pro when you want the depth.

The daily glance is free and uncapped. Kiikari Pro is a single one-time unlock, shared with your family, never a subscription.

Questions, answered.

Which App Store Connect key do I need?

A Sales and Reports key, read-only. It is the safest kind: it can read your sales, analytics and reviews, and reply to reviews, but it cannot change your apps, pricing or availability. Kiikari never asks for an Admin key.

What is the vendor number, and where do I find it?

It is the ID Apple uses for your sales reports. Kiikari derives it automatically from your key in most cases; when it cannot, it points you to the exact place in App Store Connect (Payments and Financial Reports) to copy it.

Why does today show yesterday's numbers?

Because Apple's sales reports are daily and land a day behind. Kiikari never invents a "today" from yesterday's report. It labels exactly which report you are looking at, so the number you see is a number you can trust.

How fresh is the deep analytics data?

Apple generates analytics reports on its own schedule, typically two to eight days behind. Kiikari shows the latest available and labels the date. It never fabricates the gap.

Can I use more than one App Store Connect team?

Version 1 handles a single team. Multiple teams are on the roadmap for a free update. If you ship under one team, you are fully covered today.

Which macOS versions are supported?

macOS 14 Sonoma and later. On-device review translation needs macOS 15 Sequoia, and Kiikari enables it automatically when it is available.

Is there a refund if it is not for me?

The download is free, so you can live with the real app before paying anything. If you buy Kiikari Pro and change your mind, the purchase goes through the Mac App Store and refunds follow Apple's standard process at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What is free, and what needs Pro?

Free is the daily glance, uncapped: the popover dashboard with every range, per-app detail with country breakdowns, and a read-only reviews inbox, for as many apps as you ship. Kiikari Pro, a one-time $19.99 unlock, adds the Insights window, review replies with templates and translation, per in-app purchase breakdowns and the funnel, notifications with the daily digest, and customization like the menu bar metric.

What is demo mode?

A built-in sample dataset that fills every surface with realistic numbers, no key required. Demo mode shows the full product, Pro surfaces included, so you can walk through the Insights window and see exactly what the unlock buys before paying anything.

What can Kiikari not see?

Anything personal. Apple's reports contain aggregate counts, not people. There are no names, no emails, no device identifiers, because Apple does not put them in the data, and Kiikari has no other source.
